Delivery Information

Delivery of goods in New Zealand will proceed once your payment is confirmed.

Rural deliveries may require an extra freight charge.

Your product will be shipped by courier or Freight Company depending on your selection of goods.

Please email us info@boatingandoutdoors.co.nz or call the store you ordered from if you have a query about delivery.

Delivery normally is processed within 24 hours unless not in stock, if this is the case the dealer will contact you regarding a delivery date.

No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.

North Island & South Island prices may be different after freight.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your purchase before goods have been dispatched and are in stock. Please contact the store you ordered from immediately. If goods have been ordered specially they will NOT be able to be cancelled.

Returns Policy

When you buy at Boating and Outdoors you buy with confidence. We stand behind the products we sell.

Faulty Goods

Unless stated otherwise, all items carry a 12 month warranty (some products have longer warranties). If you think your goods are faulty, simply return them in person to any Boating and Outdoors Store or send them with a covering letter containing your contact details and any information you think is relevant to the branch you ordered from.

Once we have received your goods we will assess them and contact you to discuss the options. At first instance, we will organize to repair or replace the goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced we will refund the purchase price.

Proof of Purchase

Like every retailer we require proof of purchase for returns. Ideally, this will be a copy of your receipt.

If you do not have a copy of your receipt, we will need as many details as possible about your transaction, such as date of purchase, payment method, etc and we will try to find your transaction in the computer.


Any refunds will be made using the same form as the original payment and will exclude the cost of freight. However, replacement goods will be sent to you freight free.

Laybuy offers online shoppers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 6 equal payments, once a week for 6 weeks.

Laybuy performs a credit check to obtain a credit score on all new users upon registration. Once your credit score has been confirmed and your account has been verified, Laybuy assigns your Laybuy limit and you can begin shopping immediately.

The first payment equal to one sixth of the purchase price occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 5 payments are processed each week on the day of the original purchase from your nominated card. No further action is required and all account information including a payment schedule can be viewed, at any time, through your Laybuy account.

Once you select Pay by Laybuy at checkout and complete your purchase, the Merchant ships any products directly to you at the delivery address you have requested. If your purchase is a ticket for a service, this will be emailed to you.

Pictures may show optional extras. Not all stock carried at all stores but orders welcome. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors. Stocks available until sold out. All prices are inclusive of GST. No responsibility is taken for stock unavailability due to supplier issues. All prices subject to change without prior notice.
